The Case
Against Trump

A legal framework for understanding presidential crimes, the unified theory of coordinated abuse, and the network of corruption enabling it.

Part I

Understanding the Legal Framework

Impeachment has historically lacked teeth because no articles have ever alleged actual statutory crimes. This framework explains the four tiers of presidential offenses, who can prosecute each type, and how citizens can take action even when Congress refuses to act.

Why it's separated: For Presidents, treason is uniquely serious because they hold the public trust. Betraying ALL Americans at once—whether through foreign allegiance OR economic/financial betrayal—warrants the highest accountability.

Not just foreign allegiance: Attempting to embed yourself as permanent central banker, manipulating markets for personal enrichment, or privatizing military force for profit constitutes economic treason that harms every American.

Example: Using World Liberty Financial and DOGE to wire personal financial empire into U.S. Treasury and Federal Reserve, devaluing every American's dollars.

Historical context: "High" doesn't mean "severe"—it means crimes against the state. By modern standards, these are felonies with severe punishment that warrant removal from office.

Examples include: 18 USC 793 (gathering/transmitting defense information), securities fraud, embezzlement, human trafficking (18 USC Chapter 77), market manipulation.

Example: Signalgate—Adding journalist to classified military planning chat violates 18 USC 793, risking 10 years imprisonment. Defense Secretary Hegseth also impeachable for this.
Example: Garcia v. Trump—Deporting U.S. residents to CECOT prison in El Salvador (admitted to be U.S.-owned facility) where people are traded for $6M/year = human trafficking under 18 USC Chapter 77.

Still impeachable: Petty crimes and process violations demonstrate contempt for rule of law. Pattern of lawlessness is the point, not severity of individual acts.

Why they matter: If a President won't follow permit laws for the "People's House," why would they follow any law?

Example: East Wing demolition—Federal law requires National Capital Planning Commission review (40 USC §§ 8701-8737) and National Historic Preservation Act compliance (54 USC § 307104). Trump began demolition before filing permits. Violates 18 USC § 1361 (willful damage to federal property).

Raving asshole behavior: Not illegal, but damages U.S. standing internationally and has real economic/diplomatic consequences. Shows unfitness for office.

Three tiers of quotes:

  1. Trump's mouth: Video/audio of him actually saying stupid things (liable)
  2. Staff statements: Officials defending him—reflects poorly but he's not directly liable
  3. Tweets/posts: Can't prove he physically wrote them—nearly meaningless
Example (Tier 1): "Quiet, piggy" to Bloomberg reporter Catherine Lucey on Air Force One (Nov 14, 2025) when asked about Epstein files. Followed by calling NYT reporter Katie Rogers "ugly inside and out" (Nov 26, 2025). Video evidence exists.

Who Can Actually Do Something About This?

If you think the President is treasonous, don't throw up your hands. Ask: Who can sue him? What level can I encourage action?

🏛️ Impeachment (Congress Only)

  • Can only be done for conduct DURING presidency OR related to acquiring office
  • Cabinet members CAN BE IMPEACHED
  • Historical weakness: No articles have ever cited actual statutes—that's why it has no teeth

⚖️ Criminal Prosecution

  • Can be instigated at city, state, OR federal level
  • Often require citizen complaint as precedent
  • These prosecutions can happen regardless of impeachment

👥 Civil Lawsuits (Citizens)

  • Citizens CAN file if they were victim of civil rights abuse
  • Class actions possible (e.g., dollar devaluation harms all Americans)
  • YOU can join or initiate civil suits

❌ What Does NOT Exempt Trump

  • Unitary executive theory—does NOT exempt from litigation
  • SCOTUS immunity rulings—do NOT block all lawsuits
  • Presidential Records Act—does NOT protect from criminal prosecution

IMPORTANT SOBERING REALITY: Past crimes like sexual assault allegations occurred outside Trump's term and well in the past. At worst, they're stains on the optics of having a scumbag for President—but there is NO impeachment liability for them. Stop yelling about nonsense and get down to real business: crimes committed WHILE President that harm Americans NOW.

Part II

The Three-Column Theory of the Case

Trump isn't a traditional traitor with foreign allegiance—he's worse.

This isn't about chasing headlines or sensational scandals. This is the unified theory of Trump's coordinated scheme to harm every American through three interconnected strategies:

💰
Financial Coup
"The Takeover"

Core Theory

Embedding Trump family as permanent central bankers via crypto/Fed/Treasury integration. Using DOGE as illegal cover to wire personal financial infrastructure into government systems.

How It Harms You

Your dollars lose value. Your savings buy less. Your economic future is controlled by one family's crypto empire. Market manipulation benefits Trump's holdings while impoverishing everyone else.

Key Statutes Violated

  • 18 USC 1343 — Wire fraud
  • 15 USC 78j(b) — Securities fraud
  • 31 USC 5311-5332 — Money laundering
  • 18 USC 641 — Embezzlement of public funds
1
World Liberty Financial + Witkoff
Trump appoints business partner Steve Witkoff as "Special Envoy" while Witkoff remains stakeholder in crypto company.
2
DOGE Server Vulnerability
Sloppily installed server creates vulnerability for digital espionage, wires Trump's financial house into government data.
⚔️
Military For Hire
"The Muscle"

Core Theory

Privatizing military force for personal profit, not national interest. Using marques/mercenaries, corporate sponsorship of military, and leaked classified info. This is levying war for Trump's wallet.

How It Harms You

Your family members risk death for Trump profit. You pay for wars that benefit his wallet. Foreign nations threaten retaliation against Americans.

Key Statutes Violated

  • 18 USC 793 — Espionage Act
  • 18 USC Ch. 77 — Human trafficking
  • Art I, Sec 8, Cl 11 — Marque violations
  • 10 USC 2667 — Unauthorized military use
1
Signalgate x3 Incidents
The Atlantic editor added to Signal group with Vance, Hegseth. Classified operations discussed. Violates 18 USC 793.
2
Witkoff GHF Israel Operations
Witkoff's private company conducting operations in Israel/Gaza under guise of "Special Envoy" role. War for profit.
📜
Constitutional Demolition
"The Cover"

Core Theory

Creating chaos to mask the coup and eliminate oversight. Indiscriminate trampling of constitutional rights makes government unenforceable and courts powerless.

How It Harms You

Your rights are unenforceable when government ignores courts. 4th/5th Amendment protections mean nothing if ICE can kick down your door. 10th Amendment gutted.

Constitutional Violations

  • 4th Amendment — Unreasonable search
  • 5th Amendment — Due process violations
  • 9th Amendment — Rights retained by people
  • 10th Amendment — Powers reserved to states
1
Garcia v. Trump + CECOT
Illegal deportation to CECOT (U.S.-owned prison). U.S. paying $6M/year = human trafficking (18 USC Ch. 77).
2
Sanctuary City Invasions
Federal forces invading sanctuary cities despite state/local refusal. Violates 10th Amendment.
